Job Description

As a member of Cognizant's Corporate Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's strategic agenda. The team focuses on global enterprise strategy definition, industry-specific strategy support, and strategic project delivery. Your contributions will be valued as a leader on the team, working on high-impact projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead key workstreams on high-impact projects, guiding a team of junior staff and engaging stakeholders effectively - Communicate complex ideas clearly using frameworks to align key stakeholder groups - Drive high-impact problem solving and analyses, guiding the team to deliver client-ready results - Establish a thought partnership with senior leadership, building trust and credibility - Contribute to the team's development through mentorship, coaching, and leading team initiatives Qualifications Required: - Significant experience in leading strategy consulting firms or Corporate/Business Strategy roles at industry-leading firms - Strong academic background with a degree from a top-tier MBA program - Experience in leading strategy consulting projects and managing teams - Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling - Comfortable engaging with a diverse global team - Collaborative, impact-oriented, and direct approach The Corporate Strategy team at Cognizant is viewed as an incubator for future leaders within the organization.
