Associate Director, Business Intelligence

As the Associate Director of Business Intelligence at Wolters Kluwers FCC Division, you will lead a team of BI professionals to deliver cutting-edge data-driven solutions and drive impactful results across the organization. Your role will involve strategic leadership, program delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, performance management, and talent development. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and guidance to BI managers and senior professionals, overseeing BI, data governance & stewardship, and data engineering practices. - Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models, data analysis, reporting solutions, and data pipelines. - Curate visualizations to convey complex analytical findings for informed decision-making. - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of BI programs supporting sales excellence and go-to-market initiatives. - Drive innovation in data analysis techniques and BI methodologies to enhance sales strategies. - Manage staffing, budgeting, and planning for smooth execution of BI initiatives. - Facilitate collaboration between BI and cross-functional teams within the FCC division. - Cultivate a positive workplace culture, implement talent management strategies, coaching programs, and leadership development initiatives within the BI team. - Establish clear goals, monitor team performance, and address challenges promptly to maintain high standards. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 10+ years of program delivery experience in technology or data analytics, with a proven track record of leadership. - Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in BI applications like PowerBI, Salesforce CRMA, Tableau. Familiarity with modern data warehousing techniques and cloud service integrations (Azure, AWS).
