Associate Director – Business Development | Gurgaon & Bangalore

Acme Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Design & Build company with 30+ years of experience delivering corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and housing interior projects across India. We are on a mission to redefine workplace fitouts and general contracting through innovation, technology, and sustainability.

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director – Business Development to join our team in Gurgaon (North Market) or Bangalore (South Market) and lead growth initiatives in workplace fitouts and general contracting.

What You Will Do

• Drive revenue growth through

  strategic business development

  in workplace fitouts & contracting
• Build and nurture

  long-term client relationships

  with PMCs, corporates, and key stakeholders
• Lead the

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : lead generation → proposal → closure
• Provide

  market intelligence

  and support strategic planning
• Collaborate with design & execution teams to deliver client-focused solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years

  of experience in business development with Interior Contracting, D&B firms, or IPCs
• Strong

  track record in B2B sales

  and managing large-scale corporate interiors
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

  skills
• MBA / Architecture / Interior Design degree (additional certifications preferred)
• Self-driven professional with ability to work independently and deliver results
