Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, designing, and implementing a robust brand program to enhance product superiority, deepen equity, and effectively reach different market types. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a masterbrand architecture strategy for the category and crafting strong brand positioning with a focus on Brand Key and BCI. - Creating 360 brand campaigns to drive equity and preference among consumers. - Formulating a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand through various campaigns and product superiority initiatives. - Establishing a brand purpose platform to connect with consumers on a deeper level. - Designing an Always On Digital plan for a 12-month calendar to ensure consistent brand presence. - Evolving and fine-tuning the masterbrand strategy in alignment with category and competition landscape. - Building a claims toolkit to support scientific, technical, and marketing claims with defendable evidence. - Implementing superiority activation programs at Point of Sale to showcase brand superiority. - Developing counterfeit action plans to combat counterfeit products through education, legal actions, and sales team training. - Collaborating with the Innovation Team for the seamless integration of new brand initiatives/extensions. - Coordinating brand marketing plans and campaigns for efficient deployment across the masterbrand. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand communication. - Managing external and internal interfaces effectively to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects. Your qualifications for this role should include: - MBA with a major in Marketing preferred. - 8-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in brand management/brand equity. - Proficiency in creating brand TVC and campaign planning. - Strong knowledge of consumer insights and strategic execution-oriented insights. - Commercial acumen to efficiently manage marketing and media budgets. - Experience in collaborating closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive business KPIs.
