Associate Director - BPO Pricing

You will be responsible for the following in this role: - Building and updating various commercial models for new opportunities, scope extension, and renewals, including scenario analysis, price walks, and comparisons. - Bringing innovative ideas and financial prudence around revenue recognition, cost forecasting, capitalization, amortization, and similar activities. - Contributing to effort estimates, transition estimates, productivity assessment matrices, due diligence, contract terms, MSAs, SOWs, and more. - Validating costings through benchmark analysis and ROI assessment, highlighting non-value adding or inappropriate costing to stakeholders. - Driving commercial discussions with stakeholders and the leadership team, providing convincing answers through on-the-fly analysis and quick number crunching. - Taking ownership of financial numbers, ensuring the commercial approach and pricing strategy align with the sales pitch, solution, and client's requirements. - Preparing pricing-associated documents such as presentations, word files, emailers, use cases, collaterals, etc., for internal evaluation and client submissions. - Delivering compliant, professionally produced, technically sound, and market representative commercial responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ independently. Qualifications/Requirements: - Must be a post-graduate with an MBA from top B-schools of India OR a Chartered Accountant OR a Chartered Financial Analyst. - Minimum five years of experience in Managed service pricing in Business Process / Knowledge Process Outsourcing pricing space. - Thorough understanding of P&Ls, cash flows, provisioning/budgeting, along with a strong grasp of finance and numbers. Quick number crunching skills are crucial for this role.,
