As a Digital Marketing Specialist at the US-based health-tech series A funded startup represented by InCommon, you will play a crucial role in leading campaigns and channels, collaborating with various teams, and driving strategy and performance to make a tangible difference in providing dignified care to low-income patients with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading campaigns and channels, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategy and performance to ensure impactful marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and execute mailer and SMS campaigns tailored to patient segments. - Develop and scale social media strategies (paid + organic) to enhance engagement. - Oversee the creation of educational materials across various mediums such as print, digital, and video. - Manage the creation and distribution of branded welcome boxes for new patients. - Collaborate closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams for effective campaign execution. - Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution. - Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager. - Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement. - Report on KPIs and establish reporting processes for data-driven decisions. - Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - 68+ years of experience in marketing with a successful track record in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print). - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation techniques. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively. - Leadership and communication skills, experience with onshore/offshore teams is a plus. - Data-driven mindset combined with creativity in execution. - Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
