Associate Developer - Data Team

Overall Job Purpose:
To support business decision-making by collecting, processing, and analyzing data under the guidance of senior analysts. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in data analytics within a data-driven organization.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completenessAssist in generating reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)Perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends and patterns in datasetsSupport senior analysts in data modeling and business intelligence initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insightsWork in partnership with the IT Business Intelligence teamDocument data processes, workflows, and resultsMaintain confidentiality and data integrity at all timesRequired :Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL and ExcelFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as PythonBasic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI)
