About the Role

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development:

  Create concept designs, space planning, and detailed drawings for corporate, hospitality, and retail projects.

• Client Engagement:

  Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and ensure alignment with brand and functional needs.

• Project Leader:

  Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of design intent.

• Technical Expertise:

  Prepare detailed construction drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.

• Team Collaboration:

  Mentor junior designers and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

• Compliance:

  Ensure designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 8–10 years of professional experience

  in interior design, with a strong portfolio in

  corporate office fit-outs

  and exposure to hospitality and retail.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with multinational clients and large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and certifications (LEED, WELL).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
