We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Associate Design Support professional to join our team. This role involves supporting our design operations by troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining SketchUp-based cabinet models and related data systems.
- Provide technical support for SketchUp and Layout tools used in design workflows
- Troubleshoot issues related to SketchUp models, especially dynamic components
- Understand and work with dynamic cabinet components, including their construction and behavior
- Operate and learn our product configurator system, including cabinet settings, hardware, and accessory mapping
- Handle bug reports and data correction tickets raised by designers
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth configuration and data integrity.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Layout
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with SketchUp
- Familiarity with dynamic components, especially in cabinet design
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and configurator systems
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus
