Job Description

Job Title: Associate Design. Required Experience: 2-4 years Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative solutions for Mens Apparel, Casual Smart Formal. Collaborate with the design team to create visual concepts that align with project goals. Conduct research to understand market trends and user preferences for design inspiration. Create prototypes and mockups to present design ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback. Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and adhere to brand guidelines. Iterate on designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions for final implementation. Stay updated on design tools, techniques, and industry best practices for continuous improvement. Creation of Techpack or Design Specification Dockets Graphic design skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Fashion/ Graphic Design Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey design concepts effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
