Associate - Design

As a Graphic and Merchandise Designer, your role will involve generating product mockups and prototypes for presentation and review. You will be responsible for integrating market trends into design concepts to create a fresh and appealing merchandise collection. Additionally, producing original illustrations for merchandise, marketing materials, and social media will be part of your key responsibilities. You will also be required to refine and enhance existing illustrations as needed and support the Merchandise and Marketing team with artwork, presentations, and branding requirements. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will contribute to the overall design process. Key Responsibilities: - Generate product mockups and prototypes for presentation and review. - Integrate market trends into design concepts for a fresh merchandise collection. - Produce original illustrations for merchandise, marketing materials, and social media. - Refine and enhance existing illustrations as needed. - Assist the Merchandise and Marketing team with artwork, presentations, and branding requirements. - Contribute to brand consistency in all design projects. - Organize and manage design files efficiently. - Ensure all designs are stored and labeled appropriately for easy retrieval. Qualifications and Skills: - Degree in Fashion Design, preferably from NIFT. - 1 to 3 years of experience in the design field. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse illustration and merchandise design work. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Access to necessary software for design purposes.
