Associate Design Director

We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Design, based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities: - Develop a compelling and consistent brand identity across various platforms including online and offline spaces such as the app, digital, print, OOH, and marketing collaterals. - Offer strategic input for the development of new products and campaigns to ensure that design enhances the overall user experience. - Lead and guide the design team in creating visually appealing designs for marketing campaigns, social media, emails, advertisements, and other promotional materials. - Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align design strategies with business goals and brand guidelines. - Oversee the entire creative process from conceptualization and ideation to final execution and delivery. - Ensure design consistency across all platforms to maintain brand identity and provide user-centric experiences. - Conduct design reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members to ensure designs meet quality standards and align with marketing objectives. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Mobikwik's marketing collateral fresh and engaging. - Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver designs on time and within scope. - Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as necessary to enhance in-house design capabilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 12-16 years of proven experience in design, with at least 4-5 years in leading design teams in a marketing or creative environment. - Experience in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, or Media industries is advantageous. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print mediums. - Extensive experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms, websites, and mobile apps. - Ability to think strategically, balancing creativity with business requirements. - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.,
