Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Associate Design Director Interiors.
The Associate Design Director will oversee design projects, manage design teams, and develop creative concepts for interior design.
The role also involves managing project timelines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
He/she will retain responsibility for all projects whilst sharing knowledge; coaching, developing and motivating all design team members.
The Associate Design Director influences the design direction of the teams work.
He/she will produce and coordinate for completion of all documents of hospitality, retail commercial/interiors projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic & Creative thinking

2. Creative Delivery.

3. Planning & Scoping

4. Client Communication & Presentation

5. Team management

Desired candidate profile:

Should have worked on concept to execution stage
Should be from design consultancy firms and not client/developers side
Proficiency in Design Management and Interior Design
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong client management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with minimum 10 years of experience
Experience in either retail design, Workspace , Luxury residential or hospitality interiors is a plus.
