The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of operational workflows, hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, and excellent skills in coordination and MS Excel. Key Responsibilities Manage daily order processing via OMS panels across all marketplaces. Conduct physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records. Coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and internal teams for timely order dispatch. Process and track B2B Purchase Orders (POs). Monitor packaging material inventory and notify the manager of low stock. Support the accounts team in recording sales and return entries on time. Regularly book Return to Vendor (RTV) and update the accounts department. Raise and follow up on Safe-T claims, shortages, and other operational claims. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written). 1–3 years of relevant operations experience (overall work experience 6–10 years preferred). Mandatory: Prior experience in e-commerce operations. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate will handle category management, boost sales performance, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Manage product categories, selection, pricing, and inventory control across e-commerce platforms. Develop and execute stock strategies to ensure high fill rates. Solid knowledge of platforms like Amazon , Flipkart , Myntra, and CMS tools. Familiarity with e-commerce legal and compliance requirements. Prior team management experience preferred. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
