Associate Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end analytics engagements

  , from problem definition to actionable insights
• Translate

  business requirements into analytical solutions

  in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and deploy models including

  Media Mix Modeling (MMM)

  ,

  Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)

  ,

  forecasting

  ,

  segmentation

  , and

  response/scoring models

• Perform

  feature engineering

  ,

  model validation

  , and ensure

  model explainability and documentation

• Present analytical findings to

  non-technical and senior stakeholders

• Collaborate with

  Data Engineering teams

  and

  US-based Subject Matter Experts

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to

  best practices and reusable frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years

  of experience in

  applied data science, analytics, or modeling

• Hands-on experience in

  Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and/or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)

• Strong foundation in

  Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Applied Mathematics

• Proficiency in

  Python and/or R

  with experience using

  ML libraries

• Experience working with

  real-world, large datasets

• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive professional

  capable of independent execution with

  minimal hand-holding

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to

  Bayesian modeling, causal inference, or optimization techniques

• Familiarity with

  NLP, LLMs, or Applied AI use cases

• Experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS)

  and

  production ML workflows

• Knowledge of

  digital marketing analytics

  (paid media, SEO, search data)

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD

  in

  Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering

  , or related quantitative disciplines
