We are seeking an experiencedData Architect with a strong background inSQL, T-SQL, and data modeling to lead the design and optimization of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in theHealth Payer domain (preferably withFACETS or similar tools). This role demandshands-on technical leadership , the ability totroubleshoot critical data issues , and the capability tomanage multiple projects in parallel while leading a team of15 data professionals .Key Responsibilities1. Data Architecture & Design

Design and review scalable, high-performance, and compliant data architectures.Identify opportunities for cost, time, and asset utilization optimization in complex data projects.Conduct technical audits and data architecture reviews to enhance efficiency and quality.architectural quality metrics for enterprise data solutions.2. Data Modeling & Optimizationlogical and physical data models across diverse business use cases.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze gaps, trade-offs, and dependencies.3. Technical Leadership & Mentoring15 data engineers , ensuring high-quality delivery.technical mentorship , performance feedback, and career guidance.Drive hiring, training, and skill development initiatives.onboarding andknowledge transfer (KT) documentation.4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Managementnon-functional requirements (NFRs) .Partner with architects to assess technology landscapes, tools, and processes for the best-fit architecture strategy.5. Strategic & Risk Managementtechnology roadmaps and drive data architecture strategy across programs.cost-benefit trade-offs of different architecture solutions.technical risks andmitigation strategies .6.
