Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Customer Care professional based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing comprehensive support to customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their concerns are handled effectively. Additionally, the Associate Customer Care professional will utilize analytical skills to improve service delivery and maintain excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively
• Proven Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and interact professionally with customers
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns, and identify process improvements
• A dedication to achieving and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plus
• Prior experience in customer care or service-oriented roles is an advantage
