Associate Creative Director

You will be joining a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, where you will play a crucial role in helping fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brands create ads that convert and managing their paid media. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around pre-production coordination, on-set direction & execution, idea library & creative referencing, and POD-level execution. In the pre-production phase, you will take ownership of project briefings, create mood boards, storyboards, and coordinate with the videographer/creative strategist to ensure a smooth process. During on-set shoots, you will be responsible for executing shoots in alignment with the brand's strategic direction, directing hand-modeling and product shots, and maintaining detailed logs for post-production efficiency. Moreover, you will be expected to save and organize high-performing ad concepts, build master boards for reference, and create a database of creative examples for internal knowledge sharing. As the key member of your assigned production POD, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of shoots multiple times a month while dedicating time to planning and coordination. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in directing performance content, social media ads, and UGC-style reels. Strong visual storytelling instincts, familiarity with shot pacing and short-form formats, and a keen eye for creative detail are crucial. Additionally, platform knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content styles is essential, with prior experience in directing Meta Ads and being a content creator considered a bonus.
