Job Description

As an Associate Creative Director at our company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading creative ideation, managing teams, and bringing brand strategies to life across digital, social, and video platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation: - Lead the creative ideation process for brand campaigns, digital films, social content, and integrated brand experiences. - Collaborate with strategy, content, and account teams to transform brand objectives into impactful creative narratives. - Develop creative decks, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling routes that are both strategic and culturally relevant. - Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on involvement in scripting, copywriting, and art direction as needed. - Team Leadership & Creative Direction: - Supervise a team of writers, designers, and art directors to ensure consistency and excellence in creative output. - Mentor junior creatives, offering clear direction and constructive feedback. - Ensure all work aligns with the brand, meets creative standards, and fulfills the brief. - Review scripts, storyboards, campaign ideas, and final outputs before client presentations. - Production Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with in-house production and post-production teams to bring creative ideas to fruition. - Participate in pre-production, casting, styling, and on-set creative supervision when necessary. - Maintain creative integrity throughout the execution process, from script to final edit. - Work with directors, DOPs, and editors to ensure alignment with brand intent in tone, look, and feel. - Client Engagement & Presentations: - Lead creative presentations and discussions with clients and stakeholders. - Build client confidence through compelling storytelling, rationale, and creative vision. - Identify creative opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with Business and Strategy teams. - Innovation & Trend Awareness: - Stay updated on digital trends, content formats, and emerging platforms. - Introduce new creative techniques, formats, and storytelling approaches to the team. - Encourage experimentation with design, motion, and new media forms in campaign execution. Qualifications Required: - Strong conceptual thinking and proficiency in visual and verbal storytelling. - In-depth knowledge of digital content, social media, and branded film production. - Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to balance creative freedom with brand guidelines and deadlines. - Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities in a dynamic creative environment. - Proficient in idea development, scripting, and conducting creative reviews. - A portfolio showcasing a mix of creative campaign thinking and production-driven storytelling.,
