🔹 Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of campaigns across formats
🔹 Collaborate closely with copy and strategy teams
🔹 Ensure high creative quality and brand consistency
🔹 Present ideas confidently and contribute to new business pitches
🔹 Mentor and guide the creative team
6–7 years of experience in art direction/creative leadership
Proven ability to craft big ideas and execute across platforms (Print, TV, Digital)
Strong team communication & collaboration skills
Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset
A degree in any discipline – creativity knows no boundaries
Role open at ACD, CD, and Sr. CD levels – depending on experience.
