Associate Corporate Care

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in this role: - Logging enquires/requests received from the internal and external customers in CRM and reverting with the appropriate acknowledgement within the stipulated TAT. - Follow up with various departments to arrange resolution - Respond all queries politely and clearly communicating relevant & precise information within the policies & procedures of Org - Ensures adherence to Quality Management System and support for continual improvement - Problem solving attitude towards customer queries by understanding first the customer's concerns; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem over mails/calls expediting correction or adjustment - Should be able to track & report details in CRM - Assist & mentor team members in resolving the requests breaching TAT - Motivate & guide Team members for managing the job responsibilities - Share insights in process creation, modification & its implementation for smoother & accurate processing of requests - Arrange trainings & meeting for regular updates & guide the team members by understanding the challenges face by them - Well versed with banking practices & Asset products - Good interpersonal, analyzing and problem-solving skills by means of effective & efficient communications Additionally, you may also be required to perform Operations Work. Qualifications required for this position: - Graduate/ Post Graduate - Minimum 4-7 Years of experience in the same (Lending) industry - Should have handled minimum team size of 5-7 members - Leadership quality & team management skills - Effective communication & inter-personal skills - Product knowledge of Loan Against Property, Bill Discounting, Unsecured loans, Machinery loans - Solution Oriented Approach - Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Power Point, Finnone & CRM System - Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks - Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative - Willing to work for flexi hours - Good Listener, Clear Communication - Positive attitude, self-confident, assertive & patient,
