Associate Consultant

As a recruitment specialist, your primary responsibility will be to search and shortlist candidates based on client job descriptions. You will be required to interact with clients to coordinate interviews and oversee the recruitment process until the candidate is successfully onboarded. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be based in South/Central Delhi. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are willing to work on a high revenue-sharing agreement along with a small notional fixed salary.
