Associate Consultant - Talent Sourcing

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role involves understanding the client organization's manpower requirements and formulating a plan to meet recruitment standards. This includes developing a search strategy, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and recommending them to the client. You will be responsible for executing assignments by screening the existing database, developing a research strategy, and conducting thorough research. This will involve sourcing and engaging with the relevant candidate base until successful completion of each assignment. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment full cycle, which includes sourcing, leading and managing candidate interviews, facilitating offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client organization's manpower requirements and formulate recruitment plan - Develop search strategy and source candidates - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend them to the client - Execute assignments by screening database and conducting research - Engage with candidate base until successful completion - Manage recruitment full cycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer facilitation, and onboarding Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and presentable appearance - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook - Proactive, team player, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined Please note: Management reserves the right to reassign duties and responsibilities to this role in the future.,
