Associate Consultant SFS-KDNI

As an Associate Consultant in this team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Possessing knowledge and understanding of statutory accounts and Audit or compliance requirements for various countries including Netherlands, India, and others. - Preparation of Financial statements by creating underlying workpapers, working schedules, and other supporting documentation. - Reviewing and analyzing financial data, making adjusting entries as necessary to comply with GAAP. - Providing technical and transaction-based accounting advisory support and research to international KPMG teams and clients, including assistance with implementing new accounting standards. - Preparing financial statements under Dutch GAAP and IFRS. - Preparing Reporting GAAP to Local conversion. - Training junior staff in the preparation and execution of audit procedures. - Actively engaging with the internal engagement team to gather information and resolve issues related to compilation work. In addition to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above, the mandatory technical and functional skills required for this position include: - Ability to research, read, comprehend, and critically examine accounting standards and tax pronouncements to form an informed point of view. - Demonstrated ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Working knowledge of Audit methodology, materiality concept, and audit documentation.
