Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team at Yash Technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow and be able to work effectively with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using ServiceNow.
Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow configurations and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionality.
Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
