Parthenon Execution, Your Key Responsibilities Technical Excellence Project Management be part of project teams comprising colleagues from our transactions and advisory practices, Business and Commercially Driven working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to really help add value to our clients Business Development assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations, and attending meetings with clients to help sell work Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great qualify for the role you must have Qualification MBA / CA / MS in relevant engineering disciplines (BE, BTech) with 2-4 years ofexperience, PMP, Prince 2, ERP Certification such as from SAP, Oracle etc, Experience with global management consultancy or boutique firm or relevant industrysegment Prior Big-4 experience is preferred Experience Strong commcommunication, facilitation, relationship relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills, Be h ighly flexible, adaptable, and creative, Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) Strong
