Associate Consultant - Sales Analytics

You will be joining Trinity Partners Commercial Analytics team as an Associate Consultant focusing on sales analytics offerings. As an integral member of project teams, you will work closely with internal team members to build tools, assist senior staff, and present methodology and outputs effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Familiarity with sales analytics functions such as incentive compensation, field team size, structure, alignments, segmentation, targeting, and sales force effectiveness. - Good understanding and hands-on experience in building models for incentive compensation, size & structure, segmentation, and targeting within the pharma and life sciences data. - Building tools and models to improve quality and productivity through automation, implementing enabling technologies to streamline methodology. - Providing ongoing support for existing tools/engagements and assisting in creating quality control best practices. - Collaborating with various functions at Trinity including strategic advisory, market research, statistics, and commercial data solutions. - Supporting strategic and operational initiatives as assigned. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: BS, MS, or MBA in scientific, quantitative, business, or related fields. - Work Experience: 1-3 years in field force planning, sales force effectiveness, brand analytics, incentive compensation, or related areas. Experience in life sciences data and sales analytics preferred. - Must have experience in sales analytics including sales force sizing/structure/alignment, targeting optimization, and incentive compensation design. Other Skills needed for this role: - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Self-motivated, innovative, with a strong work ethic. - Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in project-team environments and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and familiarity with SQL processes. - Positive, collaborative attitude, self-awareness, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
