As a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) in the Support & Operations team, your role is crucial in ensuring timely resolution of escalations and incidents to maintain high-quality service delivery aligned with SLA agreements and to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by leveraging network automation tools and methodologies, strictly adhering to SLA requirements. - Mentor team members and administrators on Cisco ACI and network automation best practices, prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing. - Validate change order implementation plans using network automation techniques, ensuring human error compliance, and participate in capacity planning for resource optimization. - Foster positive customer feedback and satisfaction by actively engaging in customer meetings, addressing issues, and proposing actionable solutions using network automation insights. - Conduct thorough validations of analyses, including root cause analysis and trend analysis, to present insights and performance reports to key business stakeholders for informed decision-making. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of network automation and Cisco ACI technologies. - Proficiency in incident resolution and escalation management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with business stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management processes and capacity planning. - Ability to perform detailed data analysis to support operational improvements.
