Responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing CRM solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. The consultant will ensure business alignment, user adoption, and system optimization.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and processes.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and workflows.
• Develop functional designs, test cases, and UAT scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and data management.
