Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Forensics team, responsible for conducting third-party due diligence and supporting legal aspects of our clients' businesses. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough background checks on vendors and affiliated parties to identify potential risks. Investigate and analyze financial data to assess the credibility of third-party relationships. Support legal aspects, including e-discovery, document review, and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations. ### Job Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills are required for presenting complex information clearly. Proven relationship development and project management skills demonstrate the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strategic, operational, and financial analysis skills are essential for evaluating data and making informed decisions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to interpret complex data sets. Willingness to travel as required by the role. A recognized University Degree in a related discipline is required. This may include an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Management/Business Administration, Law Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, Data Sciences, etc.
