Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in third-party due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessment services. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to identify potential risks and threats. Utilize multiple proprietary databases and general secondary sources for research and analysis. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice and guidance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of various red flags related to third-party relations. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy. Hardworking, adaptable, and quick learner. Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and OFAC guidelines. Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
