Associate Consultant - Dentist

As a Consultant Associate Dentist at Dezy Dental Care, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental services to patients while upholding the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include: - **Patient Care**: Conduct dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and collaborate with senior dentists to develop treatment plans. - **Treatment Procedures**: Perform simple dental procedures like intraoral scans, cleanings, and fillings. - **Patient Education**: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions for optimal dental health. - **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. - **Continuing Education**: Stay abreast of the latest advances in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through ongoing education and training. - **Assistance in Surgeries**: Support senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries. - **Relationship Management**: Strengthen relationships with existing players, dental clinic chains, and senior Dentists through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs. - **Patient Coordination**: Call and coordinate with patients to ensure timely arrival for home/partner clinic scans. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution. - Valid dental license to practice in India. - Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathy and a patient-first approach. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Timely management of home & partner clinic appointments. - Proficient in uploading scan files and intra/extra oral photos within the specified timeframe, ensuring proper storage.
