Job Description

Key Responsibilities Orthodontic Diagnosis & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments including clinical examinations, diagnostic records, and radiographic analyses (OPG, CBCT, cephalograms). Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including those requiring fixed appliances, aligners, growth modification, and retention. Coordinate with prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and general dentists on complex multidisciplinary cases. Orthodontic Procedures & Appliance Management Execute precise bracket placement, archwire adjustments, space maintenance, habit-breaking appliances, and aligner protocols. Monitor and modify treatment progress at regular intervals to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Manage retention phase post-treatment, ensuring long-term stability and addressing any relapse concerns. Patient Journey & Care Educate patients and families about treatment options, expectations, timelines, and hygiene practices. Provide pre-treatment counseling, post-procedure guidance, and consistent follow-ups to ensure compliance and comfort. Handle virtual consultations, progress assessments, and treatment reviews as required. Clinic Operations & Team Coordination Supervise orthodontic workflows, ensuring timely appointments, patient readiness, and coordination with dental assistants. Maintain clear and updated documentation in CRM systems (e.g., QCRM, NEO) for every orthodontic case. Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and sterilization teams to ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment. Cross-Clinic Engagement Travel to partner clinics within the city for consults, appliance installations, or review appointments (1–2 times/week). Standardize protocols and share best practices with fellow orthodontists and general practitioners across locations. Marketing & Community Presence Support educational events, open-house clinics, and community outreach focused on orthodontic awareness. Contribute to content initiatives with the marketing team – including case photos, videos, and Q&A sessions to boost digital presence.
