📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Full-Time, Permanent)

🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

⏰ Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Associate Consultant to join our Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the IT services & consulting space, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and bench sales—connecting top talent with the right opportunities while driving business growth.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, interview, negotiate, and close offers.

Resume Screening: Evaluate consultant resumes against market needs.

Bench Sales: Market bench consultants effectively to maximize placements.

Networking: Build strong ties with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers.

Client Growth: Nurture existing client relationships and expand into new ones.

Process Ownership: Lead the bench marketing cycle, ensuring quick turnarounds and consultant satisfaction.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal & written English communication

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task

Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability

Individual leadership capability

Preferred Qualifications:

UG: B.Tech/B.E., BCA (any specialization)

PG: MBA/PGDM (any specialization)
