Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate in the Chairman’s Office located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include supporting the Chairman in daily tasks, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, conducting research on health policies and patient needs, preparing presentations, and liaising with various stakeholders. The Associate will also assist in gathering patient feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports to support decision-making processes.

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in preparing presentations and managing correspondence
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders including patients, international organizations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the healthcare sector or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
