Associate Center Manager

As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell memberships to potential new clients through walk-ins and trials. You will be expected to achieve sales targets by driving conversions and upselling to customers. It is crucial to maintain records of every interaction with new users and enter all customer details into our internal tools for tracking and follow-up purposes. In the Operations role, you will be in charge of managing the overall center experience and implementing incremental enhancements. This includes ensuring timely opening and closing of the center, managing inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment, and handling both stocking and re-ordering tasks. You will also be responsible for overseeing classes and workouts, ensuring the punctuality of trainers, and addressing any issues related to attendance, equipment, or space availability. Customer interactions and troubleshooting will be a key aspect of your role, as you will interact with walk-ins, prospective clients, and existing members. Your focus will be on improving member attendance through personalized interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and gathering feedback from members and partners about their experiences. Additionally, you will handle any issues that may impact the consumer experience during or after classes. Regular center facility audits are essential, and you will be required to conduct daily audits to ensure that all supplies and essentials are adequately stocked. After demonstrating consistent performance for 12 months, you will have the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment. Overall, both the Sales and Operations roles require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring a positive experience for all clients and members.,
