Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Associate. The Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting legal documents, client consultation, courtroom representation, and maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge. The role requires close collaboration with senior lawyers and clients, ensuring the interests and rights of clients are upheld professionally.

Qualifications

• Skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and client consultation
• Experience in courtroom representation and maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ethical and professional standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in handling various types of legal cases
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Membership of the Bar Council of India
