Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Patna. The Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and assisting with court proceedings. The Associate will work closely with clients to gather information and provide legal advice, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Legal research and drafting skills
• Experience in managing case files and court proceedings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law and should be enrolled with State Bar Council as an Advocate
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
