As a Call Center Representative at Digital Risks, you play a crucial role in assisting applicants with various stages of the loan application process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for Home Equity customers. You will be part of a leading mortgage outsource provider in the U.S., delivering appraisal and mortgage processing services to major banks and loan originators. Your primary responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound and inbound mortgage customer service calls - Processing residential loan applications in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines - Reviewing application and disclosure packages from borrowers To excel in this role, you must: - Drive customer delight by providing exceptional service - Demonstrate proficiency in financial calculations and current rate/pricing - Collaborate effectively with operations teams To be successful as a Call Center Representative, you must be: - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven - Focused on customer service - Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Interact effectively with customers - Utilize various computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management - Fluent in English (bilingual or multi-lingual proficiency preferred) In addition to mastering the responsibilities of the role, you will be required to: - Become licensed as a mortgage loan originator through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies - Successfully complete the national and state mortgage licensing exams within the probationary period - Fulfill ongoing pre-licensing and continuing education requirements Digital Risks is committed to leveraging next-generation technology to drive global business transformation, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
