Job Summary: Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, Integrations Support, Tech Support and other teams to support their business operation requests to drive merchants and Razorpay outcomes Support the sales team while onboarding a new merchant by managing configurations on internal and external systems and work closely with internal teams such as Activations and Operations Team for other onboarding and configuration processes Coordinate with other teams like Banking, Finance, Support, Integration and Tech for identifying a solution and resolving merchant queries Own end-to-end communication with the merchant and support in solving queries such as creating manual order reports, reconciling orders, tracking payment statuses etc. Minimum requirements: Experience with Freshdesk tool Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to drive customer centricity in the team Quick learner who can navigate through a dynamic ecosystem
