Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing user needs, ideating and visualizing solutions, gathering requirements, conceptualizing UX designs, defining features, and collaborating effectively with the team. Your main responsibilities will include conducting user needs analysis, brainstorming ideas, collecting requirements, defining features and UX concepts, fostering collaboration, and conducting market and UX research. To excel in this role, you should have 0-2 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in an IT company. Your educational background should include a B.Tech degree, MBA in Finance, and a Business Analysis certification. Prior experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, or related fields will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to enhance user experience are essential for this role. You should have a basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and the capability to visualize and propose new UX concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with team members. The ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced changes is crucial for success in this role.
