Associate Business Analyst

As a Project Implementation Manager, your role involves managing project implementation from end to end, ensuring effective communication with clients, analyzing current systems and processes, and creating functional and technical documents within defined timelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating project information to superiors - Resolving and escalating issues in a timely manner - Understanding project scope, deliverables, budget, and resources - Creating and executing project work plans - Reviewing deliverables to maintain quality standards - Ensuring completeness and appropriateness of project documents To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis within the BFSI domain - Essential experience in Project Management - Good analytical skills for translating business needs into software requirements - Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master of Technology, or Master's in computer application Additionally, having a BA Certification and 2-4 years of relevant experience would be beneficial.
