Role Overview: You will be responsible for people and resource management, focusing on delivering projects with high technical quality and financial performance. Reporting to the Head of the Discipline in WSP, you will provide commercial and technical leadership to existing teams, ensuring business growth to meet client requirements. As a member of the GCC Transportation and Infrastructure Senior Management Team, collaborative behaviors are essential to support wider business development. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure technical and management excellence in engineering design, considering Health & Safety aspects - Lead project management and technical delivery, manage teams, operational aspects, resources, and projects - Produce technical specifications and reports, attend client meetings, and resolve technical issues - Set priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery within allocated fees - Manage project production, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality submissions - Align work with Ways of Working (WoW) and maintain Document Control - Proactively address queries, enhance team skills through training, and design solutions for structures - Check and ensure document quality, meeting contract deadlines, and approve drawings as per design specifications - Manage design and drawing production, archive data, and report management - Coordinate activities within the department and ensure timely and quality design delivery to clients Qualification Required: - Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status from a recognized professional institution - M.Tech/M.E/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Structural Engineering - Excellent communication skills - Experience with international standards such as AASHTO, AREMA, BS/DMRB & Eurocodes - Proficiency in Bridge Design Software like MIDAS Civil and LUSAS - Experience in working with diverse cultures on major infrastructure projects - Ability to meet deadlines, achieve targeted results, and lead a small team effectively - Strong project management skills, including technical delivery and reporting expertise,
