Associate Billing

As a valued member of our team at iQor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine invoicing functions. Reporting to the Manager-Billing and Revenue, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generating client invoices from various sources. - Collaborating with stakeholders for final billing and month-end accruals. - Ensuring accuracy of all supporting documents and reconciling them to invoice totals. - Clearing unbilled items promptly to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to end customers. - Entering invoices into accounting software. - Coordinating and completing regular billings, resolving pricing errors, and making collection calls to ensure timely receivable collections from multiple customers. - Resolving billing issues by reviewing prices and cost elements of inventory to identify root causes of pricing/billing errors and correcting invoices accordingly. - Interfacing with customers between billing periods and internal purchase orders. - Handling non-recurring expense billings and managing the interface between billings and internal orders. - Addressing client issues promptly and escalating when necessary. - Undertaking additional tasks and projects as required. In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing within a Multi-National Company. - Preferred experience with SAP, MAS500, or Oracle. - Proficiency in Excel. - Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. - Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. - Effective presentation skills and the capability to respond to inquiries from various stakeholders. - Strong decision-making skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to work night shifts and maintain a flexible schedule when necessary. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: - Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate, or Equivalent required. - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Please note that occasional physical exertion may be required, along with visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and computer work.
