We are looking for an Associate AV Programmer who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in the field of audiovisual control systems . You will support the programming and integration of AV components, working under the guidance of senior engineers to deliver functional and user-friendly AV experiences for clients.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with basic exposure to AV technologies or control system programming, seeking to build a career in this domain.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in AV Programming
  • Support development and modification of control system code (Crestron, AMX, Extron).
  • Learn and apply best practices in AV system programming.
    2. System Integration
    • Help integrate AV components such as displays, audio devices, conferencing systems, and user interfaces.
    • Coordinate with design and field engineers to support system functionality.
      3. Testing & Troubleshooting
      • Assist in testing programmed systems under supervision.
      • Help identify and troubleshoot basic issues in AV control code or system performance.
        4. Documentation
        • Contribute to preparing documentation for code, system configurations, and user guides.
        • Maintain version control and coding notes for support teams.
          5. Collaboration
          • Work with senior programmers, engineers, and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
          • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand system requirements.
            6. Learning & Development
            • Stay updated with industry tools, technologies, and certifications.
            • Participate in company-sponsored training and hands-on workshops.
              Requirements Qualifications & Skills
              • Bachelor degree (or pursuing final year) in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering , or related field.
              • Basic understanding or academic exposure to AV systems or control programming.
              • Interest in AV platforms such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron (training will be provided).
              • Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., C, C++, JavaScript) is a plus.
              • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
              • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
              • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
                Preferred
                • Internship or academic project in automation, AV, or IoT systems.
                • Exposure to control software like Crestron SIMPL , VT-Pro-e , AMX NetLinx , or Extron GUI Designer .
                • Basic knowledge of AV signal flow, networking, or electronics.
