Role Overview

Senior Angular Developer

This role requires strong UI development capability, business understanding of microfinance workflows, and coordination with backend, mobile, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Microfinance-Specific Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance front-end modules for

  LOS, LMS, Field Collections App, and Customer Onboarding portals

  .
• Improve UI/UX for

  offline/low-network zones

  frequently seen in rural MFI operations.
• Build responsive UIs for tablets, mobile browsers, and field staff screens.
• Ensure data security and compliance with

  RBI & UIDAI guidelines

  in UI components.

General Angular Responsibilities

• Develop scalable modules using

  Angular 10+

  , TypeScript, HTML5 & SCSS.
• Integrate REST APIs for customer onboarding, loan processing, and collection workflows.
• Implement

  state management

  using NgRx or equivalent.
• Optimize application performance and load times.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work with QA teams on sprint testing, UAT issues, and production fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and guide UI architecture decisions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Angular 10+

  , TypeScript, RxJS, Observables.
• Integration experience with

  microservices

  , JSON APIs, authentication tokens.
• Designing UI components for dynamic forms (KYC forms, group data forms, loan forms).
• Proficiency in

  Git

  , Angular CLI, CI/CD, unit testing (Jasmine/Karma).
• Experience with

  offline caching

  , PWA concepts (advantage).
• Understanding of

  role-based access control (RBAC)

  dashboards.

Domain Knowledge (Mandatory/Preferred)

• Understanding of microfinance processes:
• Group Lending Methodology
• CGT/GRT Workflow
• Loan Cycle, Meeting Attendance, Disbursement, Collection
• Rescheduling, Top-Up, Write-Off indicators
• Familiarity with LOS, LMS, CRM, and field force automation systems.
• Experience working with NBFC-MFI integrations (Aadhaar, CKYC, FI Sandbox, Credit Bureau UI flows).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and ability to interact with business teams & credit managers.
• Ownership mindset and ability to lead UI modules independently.
• Problem-solving skills for real-time field issues and rural connectivity scenarios.
• Ability to work in agile sprint cycles and handle production support when needed.

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
