Key Responsibili¢es: Provide voice support to travel customers, ensuring ¢mely and accurate resolu¢on. Assist with ight bookings, rescheduling, cancella¢ons, and refund-related queries. Adhere to company protocols, ensuring quality service delivery. Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support sta to meet performance targets. Uphold conden¢ality and compliance standards. Minimum Screening Requirements (MSR): Interna¢onal Desk Experts Open Posi¢ons: 40 Experience: Min 1 Year Interna¢onal Contact Centre Exp with Airline / OTA (Flight Support) in EU / North America / LATAM region Versant Score: C1 Domes¢c Experts ¢ ¢ Open Posi¢ons: 120 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Contact Centre/Customer Service (Travel domain preferred) ¢ Versant Score: B2 / B1*
