Role Description This is a full-time Associate role at DWC Entertainment India located in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in the production of performances, coordinating events, engaging with audience members, and helping to conduct corporate training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include logistical support, liaising with performers, developing engagement activities, and ensuring smooth operations during events. Qualifications Event Coordination and Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in audience engagement and interaction Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in conducting or assisting with workshops and training sessions Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Relevant experience or qualification in event management, performing arts, or a related field Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
