Role & responsibilities

Background Verification Support

• Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining required candidate documents.
  
• Coordinate with respective teams for background verification processes.

Resume Support & Editing

• Assist students in preparing and refining resumes to match industry standards.
  
• Provide guidance on profile presentation to enhance employability.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters.
  
• Communicate interview details and ensure smooth execution of placement drives.

Documentation & Records Management

• Maintain accurate student records, placement data, and documentation.
  
• Ensure timely updating of databases, trackers, and placement reports.

Communication & Student Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for student queries regarding placements.
  
• Share updates, schedules, and guidelines effectively through emails, calls, or meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR/Business/Management preferred).
• 0 - 2 years of experience in HR/administration/training & placement support (freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
