Associate Agency Development Managers - Insurance

Role Overview: As an Agent Hiring and Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop various sources for agent hiring and establish a strong team of agents and agent pipeline. You will play a crucial role in conducting activities to increase the existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring. Your focus will be on developing agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits to enhance productivity and retention. Collaborating closely with agents, you will plan and review activities and goals to effectively meet business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline - Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring - Develop agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits - Plan and review activities and goals with agents - Identify training needs of agents and collaborate with Trainers to improve them - Meet business targets and improve agent productivity and retention - Maintain quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - At least 1 year of experience in sales preferred Please note that you will work in day shifts at the designated in-person work location.
